How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 1-4 business days.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery time to Finland is usually 1-5 business days.
Delivery time to the Nordic and Baltic countries is approximately 2-7 business days.
Delivery time to other EU countries approximately 2-10 business days.
We will send a tracking link to the email address you provided once your order has been shipped.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to Finland €5.90.
Delivery to the Nordic and Baltic countries €11.90.
Delivery to other EU countries €14.90.
We offer free shipping for orders over €60.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange the product?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for our products from the date of receipt of your order.
The products must be in their original condition.

Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective and/or replaceable.

Please include a clear and comprehensive description of the product you ordered and any defects in the email. To speed up the process, you can upload images of the product and include any proof of purchase.
Payment
How do you process payments in your online store?
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

What payment methods are available?
You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and they will forward your payment to the online merchant.
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant.
Invoice and installment services through Paytrail are offered by OP and Walley.

Gift cards
How does a gift card work?
The gift card works as a payment method. You can pay the remaining amount of the order with another payment method if the gift card balance is not enough to cover the entire purchase.
Gift cards are active immediately after purchase and can be used flexibly.
Gift cards can be used in connection with discounts and promotions.
Gift cards are not refundable , and we do not refund payments made with gift cards using other payment methods, but instead offer a new gift card.
How long is a gift card valid for?
Our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Do I have to use the gift card balance at once?
It is not!
You can use the gift card multiple times during a purchase until the gift card balance is empty.

Are all products in stock?
Yes, the availability shown on our website is up to date.
Can I get more information about the product?
Each product page has a comprehensive description that includes the product's size, material, country of manufacture, and other important features.
The product I wanted was sold out, when will it be available again?
The stock balance on our website is always up to date.
We replenish our stocks as needed to avoid overconsumption.
It takes approximately 1-4 weeks for the products to arrive at the warehouse.
Where can I see the product sizes?
We will add a size chart for each product on its own page.
There you can see all sizes, their measurements and the possible fit of the product.
Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
If the product you ordered does not match the size at all, please contact us.
Discounts and offers
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the discount code in the space provided at checkout and click "Apply".
The shipping discount for orders over €60 will automatically apply at checkout.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined at this time.
However, our shipping discount can always be used and combined with other discounts when you order over €60.
Where can I find valid discount codes?
We share all valid discount codes and campaigns on our homepage.

Can discounts be used retroactively?
Unfortunately not.
Discount codes and offers are only valid according to the terms and conditions specified for them. Unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts retroactively.
